چکیده
Classes of multivalent functions analogous to certain classes of univalent starlike functions are defined and studied. Estimates on coefficients and distortion are made, using a variety of techniques. 1. Let St denote the class of all functions/(z) = z + . . . analytic, univalent and starlike in the unit disc U. Such functions satisfy the condition Re(z/'(z)//(z)) >0,zGU. The problem of defining a corresponding class of multivalent starlike functions has been studied by several authors. Hummel [5] distinguishes six commonly used definitions, a typical one being/(z) belongs to the class S(p) if/has at most p zeros in U and zf (z) (I i) lim sup min Re -, , > 0. y ' r-+\V \z\=r f(z) In this note we will study three classes of multivalent starlike functions which are analogues of certain subclasses of St. 2. Let Sx(p, a), p a positive integer, 0 < a < 2p, denote the class of all functions/(z) = a0 + ajZ + . . . analytic in <7 with precisely p zeros there such that zf'(z) (2.1) lim sup min Re —rr— > a. V r-l1^ \z\ = r f(z) Sx (p, a) is the generalization of the class S(a) of starlike functions of order a introduced by Robertson [11]. Theorem 2.1. Let f(z) belong to the class Sx(p, a) and suppose f has zeros at zx, z2.z . 77zen f(z) is p-valent in U and there is a function g in the class S(a/p) and a constant A such that (2.2) /(z) = ¿n*(z,z,)fe(z)jp, /=i Received by the editors May 6, 1974. Some Relations between Certain Classes of Analytic Multivalent Functions Involving Generalized Sălăgean Operator
Abstract: The aim of this paper is to introduce and study two subclasses of multivalent functions involving generalized Sălăgean operator. Our classes M m,σ p,n (γ;η) and N m,σ p,n (α ,β ;η) unify the standard classes of multivalent starlike functions of order η , multivalent convex functions of order η , and Bazilević functions. Some connections between our classes are obtained and several con...
متن کاملSome properties of extended multiplier transformations to the classes of meromorphic multivalent functions
In this paper, we introduce new classes $sum_{k,p,n}(alpha ,m,lambda ,l,rho )$ and $mathcal{T}_{k,p,n}(alpha ,m,lambda ,l,rho )$ of p-valent meromorphic functions defined by using the extended multiplier transformation operator. We use a strong convolution technique and derive inclusion results. A radius problem and some other interesting properties of these classes are discussed.
متن کاملConvolutions of meromorphic multivalent functions with respect to n-ply points and symmetric conjugate points
It is well-known that the classes of starlike, convex and close-to-convex univalent functions are closed under convolution with convex functions. In this paper, closure properties under convolution of general classes of meromorphic p-valent functions that are either starlike, convex or close-to-convex with respect to n-ply symmetric, conjugate and symmetric conjugate points are investigated. 20...
متن کاملSome properties and results for certain subclasses of starlike and convex functions
In the present paper, we introduce and investigate some properties of two subclasses $ Lambda_{n}( lambda , beta ) $ and $ Lambda_{n}^{+}( lambda , beta ) $; meromorphic and starlike functions of order $ beta $. In particular, several inclusion relations, coefficient estimates, distortion theorems and covering theorems are proven here for each of these function classes.
